Composition: lactic acid

PROPERTIES:

Lactic acid is naturally occurring in many food products and in living tissues and therefore its use in animal nutrition and feed preservation is justified. Lactic acid is completely assimilated and metabolized in the body of animals.

The addition of lactic acid to the feed improves their taste, which influences their willingness to receive by the animals

USE:

In poultry feed we use a 0.2% lactic acid solution, which is obtained after mixing 1 kg of lactic acid 50% with 250 liters of water. This solution is provided with drinking water during the change of feed, when diarrhea occurs or in case of loss of appetite.

In pigeon feeding we use one tablespoon of 1L of water, 1-2 times a week.

In pig feeding we use lactic acid as a 1% solution as a supplement to dry feed. A solution of 1% is obtained after mixing 1 kg of 50% lactic acid with 50 liters of water. When administered with drinking water, we use a solution of 0.5% (0.5 kg lactic acid 50% per 50 liters of water). For swine we can also give lactic acid with milk in the amount of 0.5 to 1.0 kg per 50 liters of milk.
 
In cattle, the daily dose is 1ml per 5kg of body weight, which gives 50-100ml / 1 cow / day and 30-50ml / day / day.
PASTING FEED
Lactic acid 50% can be successfully used for rapid and efficient feeding of feed. We prepare a solution of 1% lactic acid 50% (1kg lactic acid 50% mixed with 50 liters of water) and such solution
We use in quantity:
Field crops - 4 l per 1000 kg,
- Grass butterfly mixes with grass - 6 l per 1000 kg,
Butterfly plants - 7 l per 1000 kg.


Preparation of corn silage
- 1 l of lactic acid 50% pour into 50 l of water, so used solution for maize silage in the amount of 6l per 1 ton of material, in the case of grain use half a 3l solution.
- 1 l of acid will suffice to lay 8.5 tons of maize
- 30l of acid is enough to put 255 tons of corn
